Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern the provision of legal support for real estate acquisition processes by Arvendel, Business ID CHE-270.655.799, located at Federal Palace of Switzerland (Bundeshaus), Bundesplatz 3, 3005 Bern, Switzerland. All references to “we,” “our,” or “us” mean Arvendel. By engaging our services, purchasing any info products, or ordering goods, you accept these terms.
2. Services
2.1 Scope of Services
We provide legal guidance, contract drafting, due diligence, and related advisory support for property acquisition in Switzerland.
2.2 Ordering and Fees
Our fees are set out in individual proposals and invoices. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date.
2.3 Scheduling and Postponement
You may postpone a booked service by notifying us at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Postponement is subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.
2.4 Cancellation and Non-Refundable Services
Preliminary consultations of up to 30 minutes are non-refundable due to preparation work and reserved time slots. All other service fees are eligible for reimbursement as described below.
3. Info Products
3.1 Description
We offer digital guides, templates, and checklists for property acquisition.
3.2 Access and Delivery
Access is granted via secure download link upon payment confirmation.
3.3 Reimbursement
If you find an info product defective or inaccessible, you may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase. To initiate, contact us via Contact Us. If justified, we will issue a reimbursement to the original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Goods
4.1 Description
This includes printed materials or branded merchandise sold by Arvendel.
4.2 Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times vary by destination. Risk passes to you upon dispatch.
4.3 Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 5 days. Provide photographs and order details.
4.4 Reimbursement and Substitutions
We will arrange a substitution or reimbursement for defective items. Once approved, we will send a substitution or issue a reimbursement within 15 business days. You may also choose a different item of equal value.
5. Refund Policy
Our reimbursement process applies to eligible services, info products, and goods as specified. Reimbursements are made to the original payment method. We evaluate each request individually.
- Eligible service cancellations: must notify at least 3 business days prior to start.
- Eligible info product issues: within 14 days of delivery.
- Eligible goods issues: defects reported within 5 days of receipt.
Non-refundable items include preliminary 30-minute consultations and any services explicitly marked as final. These are non-refundable due to the immediate dedication of professional resources.
